Arrival Time: We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to complete your confidential client information form, relax and unwind prior to your treatment.
Late Arrivals: Arriving late will lessen your time spent with us, so we strongly encourage early arrival. As a courtesy to all our clients, treatments are completed as scheduled.
What to Wear in Treatments: Various treatments require different levels of undress.
For full effectiveness for the FIR treatment, you will be given complete privacy to fully disrobe and enter the medical grade facility.
For massage treatments, you will need to disrobe to your undergarments; otherwise, disposable underwear is available.
Your privacy is protected at all times and you will have a secure compartment to store your clothing and belongings.
Special Health Considerations: Please advise at the time of booking any major health concerns in the comment form, or if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy; as some treatments are not suitable.
Reservation Conditions: All appointments are confirmed by credit card details, promotional voucher code (please quote both voucher and security codes) or gift voucher number. We understand that sometimes it is necessary to change your schedule; we request 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge. Less than 24 hours’ notice incurs 50% of the fee charged or forfeiture of any promotional voucher or gift certificate. Less than 6 hours’ notice or failure to show is charged at 100% of fee.
Refund Policy: All treatments once paid are non-refundable. However, you may transfer this treatment to another client (on the proviso that the time of treatment is still the same. You may also be able (but are not guaranteed) to change your treatment to another provided the therapist agrees to it.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment to clients who arrive intoxicated or are under the influence of illegal substances.
Our therapists are trained professionals and any inappropriate behaviour will end your treatment immediately.

When making an appointment for remedial or sports sessions, please book the initial 45 minute consultation. This allows for sufficient time to discuss your medical/injury history and time for assessment and treatment plan formulation. If you have a referral from your treating therapist please bring it with you.
